River Garden Walk

 The River Garden Walk was started in 2003 and is on-going consisting of beautiful Rhododendrons, Camellias and Azaleas.  It follows the Waihi River on the town side from the Traffic Bridge to the Footbridge at Wilson Street. It is an easy grade of 500metres length, suitable for Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters. It was constructed and is run by volunteers, with donations of plants and money from the local community.  Come and take a look today!

Farm Zoo

 Where: At Brookside Kennels,  208 Woodbury Road , Geraldine.  Woodbury Road is first road on left after the 80km sign heading towards Mayfield.
 Cost: Adults $5, Children $2

I have cows, calves, dairy goats, kids, lambs, chooks, pig, llamas, alpacas and more. You can see the goats milked round 10am and bought in with a working dog.
